I haven't been that good at updating lately, but I'm doing ok with my eating and exercise.
Weight: 158.8
Breakfast: Oatmeal & one piece of whole wheat toast
Lunch: Chicken caesar salad and one hardboiled egg

Exercise: 50 minutes
I'm able to exercise longer at one time. It's easier now that I have learned all the different combinations on my DVD. I tried a new DVD today but the instructor had a squeaky voice and I just couldn't get past it so I went back to the other one. I'm goin to walk tonight and pull the girls in their wagon. I have eaten really well today in comparison with the other days this week. I have been in a funk! I have about 15 days left to lose 5 more lbs. I think I have only lost almost a pound since I last posted. A total of 7 lbs since
I really started on Jan 10, and a total 9 lbs since the beginning of Jan. I was 167 on 1/6 and 165 on 1/10. My weight on 1/10 is the one that counts for the biggest loser challenge at work. But still, technically I am one pound away from havin lost ten lbs!
You are doing great Leslie. You will get there.
