Day #15

So I skipped a few days...of blogging, that is.

Weight: 159.4
Breakfast: Chex cereal
Lunch: Salad with chunk chicken
Snack: None
Dinner: Chicken gordita (this is very bad!)
Exercise: 25 minutes

I'm happy to say I have worked out every single day this past week! I was really impressed with myself over the weekend. I didn't eat as well as I do during the week, but I ran for 12 minutes and walked for 12 on Saturday, then did 45 minutes of my cardio DVD on Sunday. I'm way sore today, but still did a 25 minute workout at lunch.

My immediate goal is to lose 5 more lbs by February 12th. That will put me at 154 and my percentage of weight lost will be 6%!

I should have skipped the tortillas with my gorditas at dinner. Definitely ate too much. I knew it as soon as I was finished and I woke up during the night feeling sick. Won't do that again!
