One day left! But I guess since I made adjustments to the diet already, it doesn't really matter. I was rushed this morning and didn't get to weigh in but I would guess I'm up a pound or so because I ate too much at dinner last night. Lesson learned. Today I plan to walk 45 minutes at lunch!
Breakfast: oatmeal
Lunch:
Snack:
Dinner:
I haven't been eating snacks between lunch and dinner. Not sure if that's really bad or not, but I am either busy and don't think about it or I'm just not hungry for anything that would be good for me. Now, if I was allowed to have a candy bar for my snack, I would probably never skip it! Advice? Comments? Suggestions?
Thanks for reading!
sure...eat a candy bar...just realize that it's gonna be 250 calories...or more than 10% of the total calories your body needs in day. you'll need to cut back somewhere else in order to stay in a deficit for the day.
ReplyDeleteSo...you were 167 when you started earlier this month (1/6) and <160 yesterday...7lbs in just over two weeks...that's good. You may plateau here for a bit before you start moving down again. Don't be discouraged by that.
Leslie you are doing fine. Just start caring a piece of fruit or carrots. They will help keep you going till dinner. Each have a sweet taste to help curb the urge to not eat the candy bar.
ReplyDelete7 pounds in just over two weeks is good. It is a good healthy weight loss.
Don't give up. Love you.
