Day #5

Weight (@ home): 162
Breakfast: None, didn't get a chance to eat
Lunch: Fried chicken breast. It was the healthiest option at the luncheon. I peeled the skin off before eating.
Snack: None, didn't have time.
Dinner: Grilled chicken sandwich and fries.


Blah blah blah. I'm not feeling it today at all. I fell off the wagon today. I'll get back on tomorrow!
