Snack: 1 chocolate chip cookie

Yes, I ate a cookie. A person who works in my building came in right at my snacktime with a giant platter of WARM chocolate chip cookies. My accountability partner at work and I decided we would allow ourselves to have one. So we each had a cookie instead of our regular snack. Could be considered a setback but no matter what I do or how many times I mess up, I just have to go back to sticking to the plan. I'm trying not to be too hard on myself!
Exercise: Cleaned and moved boxes and bags for 45 minutes.
I will come back and edit this post throughout the day to add updates as I eat. It's easier that way, so I won't forget anything!
*yay for losing 4 lbs!
