Day 7...
Weight: 161.8
Breakfast: Cookie (bad, I know, but my dad sent home a whole bag of them with me and if you've ever had my dad's cookies....well, then you can't judge!)
Lunch: Chicken salad sandwich
Snack: A handful of popcorn
Dinner: Small chef salad
Exercise: 20 min of jogging/walking at 8:30a and 30 min of jogging/walking at 5:45p
(8:20am:) For some reason the scale keeps popping up "161.8". I even had Ryan get on it and see if it was broken. That is a really odd number to keep seeing...lol. I honestly thought I would have gained a little since Friday, but nope! And I don't think I was sick yesterday because I feel fine today. Maybe just another "off" day. Right now, I'm getting ready to go walk/jog!
(6:20pm:) I fit in some extra exercise today! I'm a little dizzy after running the second time today...I think it's because I was on the treadmill in the garage in the dark. lol. But other than that, I feel good! I'm off work tomorrow, so I'm hoping to do lots of heavy cleaning and hopefully some more exercise. My sweet husband is telling me to relax and not overdo it because of the knee injury. Probably good advice, but I'm stretching really well before even walking and I'm going to keep doing my stretches from physical therapy everyday, even on days I don't get to exercise. And I'm taking it easy. It's not like I'm sprinting or anything (bet you'd all pay to see that!) I'm jogging and adding brisk walking in between when I get so tired I feel like I have to stop. That way at least I keep moving to keep my heart rate up.
Day 6...
Weight (home): 161.8
Breakfast: None
Lunch: vegetable stew
Snack: none
Dinner: tuna
Yesterday was kinda weird for food...I was away from the house all day so didn't really think about breakfast and snack and had to eat lunch at my dad's. Strangely, I wasn't that hungry at dinner time. Wonder if I might be getting sick.
